Two bedroom apartment on the first floor, good size lounge/dining area and kitchen, two bathrooms (one en-suite), two terraces (one East facing, one West facing), fully furnished with TV, Sky Satellite cabling (needs a Sky box), DVD etc.

750 Euros a month plus electricity and water bills at cost.

We also have a similar size apartment on the ground floor at the same price.

Recently redecorated, tastefully furnished, TV, Sky and DVD in the lounge, TV's in both bedrooms, underground parking, etc.
